We are an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management. Whether you are new to the HR field or have years of experience, we are a local starting point for networking, information, professional development and support of excellence in Human Resources.

UCHRA Membership Benefits

• We assist our members in the best practices for performing their HR related duties in a legally compliant manner.
• We are dedicated to serving the needs of HR professionals and senior business executives and managers by enhancing our members' professional growth.
•  We offer networking with HR professionals who help each other with many facets of HR
• We obtain guest speakers on a multitude of practical and legal HR related topics.  Our speakers typically consist of employment attorneys, employee benefits experts, HR professionals, and representatives from agencies such as the U.S. Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Employment Security Commission.  Some of our meetings qualify for HRCI credit, including our annual legal updates.  Our luncheons provide HR professionals with an opportunity to share information.
