    Event Description:

On December 1, 2016, there will be new regulations affecting overtime pay for exempt, full-time salaried employees making less than $47,746 annually under the Fair Labor and Standards Act.  If you are a Human Resources Director for your company, or are a small business andyou are the Human Resources department, you will want to attend this breakfast!

Premier labor attorney, Kevin J. Dalton, Esq., a partner at Fisher Phillips, will present his talk, "Show Me The Money" and update our attendees on the new overtime requirements including: changes to the "white collar" executive, administrative and professional exemptions;alternate pay plans that businesses can use to reduce overtime costs; and when employers are and are not required to pay for travel and training time, as well as other activities.

Come learn how this new regulation can affect your business.  We hope to see you there!
